Our cooks Bianca Mezach and Rita Chaillet cook from Wednesday to Friday, in addition to the lunches and high teas, a daily changing 3-course surprise dinner, both for hotel - and non-hotel guests. Their cooking style? Contemporary, local, seasonal, and organic.
